Alessandro is a fantastic person who loves his work and, in addition to providing impeccable service, truly gives you “Sicily”. I started out feeling a little wary, because nowadays it’s really rare to find people who look after you throughout your trip and take care of your itinerary from arrival to departure. It seemed too good to be true, but it was real. Unfortunately, I experienced the Mount Etna emergency: the airline cancelled my flight, so I travelled overnight by bus from Naples to Catania station, where Alessandro came to pick up me and my partner. He even kept track of my journey during the night. When he dropped off the car, he also showed us some little places to visit, and his love for his home and kindness to his customers really touched us. Payment was very straightforward, and it’s impossible not to trust him because everything is clear and precise. Fortunately, by the time we returned, Catania Airport had resumed operations, and after we returned the car, Alessandro drove us to the airport entrance. It’s hard nowadays to find people who care so much about their customers. And when you look at Alessandro, the saying “people in the south don’t work” couldn’t be further from the truth. We left Sicily with heavy hearts—and Alessandro too. I encourage you to rent a car from him because he really is a safe choice.
